Hey, thanks for taking the time to learn about Navo. I’m Dale, one of the co-founders and CEO. I’ve spent 35 years working at the intersection of technology and manufacturing, and the last seven have been with an aluminum casting manufacturer, working directly with procurement and finance leaders at some of the largest OEMs in the U.S.
When tariffs started shifting in 2025, what had long been a back-office task quickly became a board-level concern.
I became responsible for managing the HTS code spreadsheet for every part we made, and had to become the tariff expert overnight.
As calls started coming in from procurement teams to confirm codes and rates, the same thing became clear at every company. Even the largest manufacturers were still working out of spreadsheets. Incomplete, scattered data, no clear picture at the product level, no way to react when tariffs changed. Pressure from leadership to do something, but missing the foundation to know what actually makes sense.
That's why we built Navo.
Legacy platforms were built for any importer or broker. Your ERP carries a blended rate that worked when duties were 2-3%. Neither one tells a manufacturer what duty actually costs on the machines they build.
Navo is purpose-built for machinery manufacturers. It rolls duty cost up through every level of your BOM to the finished machine, lets you model changes before they happen, and tells you the moment a rate changes and what it costs.
If this resonates, we'd love to show you what we've built. Book a demo below, we'll walk you through the platform and answer any questions you have.
These shape everything we do. The relationships we build, the standard we hold for the product, and the honesty we bring to every conversation.
We treat every customer relationship as a partnership rather than a transaction. At Navo's stage, you're working directly with the founders. When something breaks, you can reach us. When you have feedback, we listen. As we grow, we intend to keep that closeness, even when it gets harder.
Navo is built with the design quality you'd expect from modern software. Accuracy is core to the product, but craft is how we show our respect for the people using it. We care deeply about building a quality experience that people love.
We're upfront about what Navo does and doesn't do, what it costs, and what we're still working on. We'd rather walk away from a deal where we're not the right fit than win it by overpromising.
See the real duty cost on every part, supplier and machine you build.
